Preparation Steps

1. Peel the ginger and crush it.
2. Take a pan and heat the olive oil and sauté the ginger for two minutes.
3. Add chicken strips and cook them for 5 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, put the rice noodles in boiling water and wait for a few minutes until it cooks.
5. After that put cooked rice noodles into the pan and mix them.
6. Add ketchup, Salt, and pepper according to your taste.
