At the end of cooking, plate the chops with the purple carrots, finishing with some salt and the porcini mushrooms.

As regards sausages and cured meats consumed raw, they are subjected to processes that prevent the generation of bacteria during their conservation, but there is still the possibility that the meat has been contaminated in the previous phases. Free of carbohydrates, they have a caloric intake of 157 kcal and total proteins of 21.3 g. while the cholesterol content is 62 mg. It is also included in a low carb diet. Mineral salts such as potassium and phosphorus are significantly present, as well as some vitamins, in particular B1, B2, B6, B12, and niacin.
